Online Purchases
Mattresses may be returned within 30 days for a full refund, provided they are unused and in original condition
Please note that delivery, pick-up, and administrative fees may apply
In-Store or By Phone Purchases
A 130 Night Comfort guarantee on mattresses applies and not a return.
We will gladly work with you to find a suitable replacement.
Important Things to Note
If you wish to return an item that has been taken or delivered, you may return the item for a refund within 30 days if it is in original condition and unused. A restocking fee will apply.
There is a charge for delivery/pick up where applicable.
An administrative fee will apply.
Comfort guarantee exchanges are not subject to cancellation.
Orders for special sizes (any size other than twin, full, queen or king) are not subject to cancellation.
Orders for beds and headboards, and upholstered furniture that are ordered in are not subject to cancellation.
‘Final sale’ purchases are not subject to cancellation.
Adjustable beds are not subject to cancellation.
Linens (pillows, mattress protectors, sheets, etc.) may only be returned if unused and in original factory packaging.
All cancellations, returns, and refunds must be approved by the Head Office. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.
