At Mattress Mart, we believe in transparency and helping our customers make informed decisions. We don’t play the pricing games — inflating prices just to advertise fake discounts
You might see labels like “Regular,” “List,” “Ticket”, “MSRP,” or “Retail”. These terms are used across Canada to show an item’s assessed value, not its actual selling price.
In many stores, the “regular” price is artificially marked up, only to be heavily discounted later.
Whether it’s Black Friday, Boxing Day, Clearance, or Holiday Sales, the advertised discounts like “Save up to 60%” are usually based on that inflated regular price. So while it may look like a huge bargain, it’s often just the real price dressed up as a deal.
Unlike some retailers, we don’t inflate prices just to slash them later. Our advertised prices reflect real savings, not illusions. When we run a sale or a “No Tax” event, you can be confident you’re getting a genuine deal — no smoke and mirrors
